I have just beem looking at it myself. I wonder if a lot of the selling is to raise cash for the underwriting of the issue. The underwriters get a fee for being the underwriter. Say it is 2 cents per share then they could sell at 73 Cents and break even after their underwriting. The cash is provided from the sales.
If the above is the case what will happen to SP after tomorrow. UP or Down. Buy on market now or wait
