An established company that has government approval FROM Vietnam and Australia to EXPORT brown coal,! but you cannot export brown coal and it is highly polluting,that will be the greens take on it, until they realise that BCE ,Coldry pellet has a higher energy source than black coal and less pollutants .
just need the final approval of Arup being appointed.,which will occur when final instalment is received by 31/5/2011.
