A lot of people are confusing the issue when they talk about the end of the mining boom. They don't realize that the experts are talking about the tapering off of the mining "investment" boom...not the mining industry itself. There will be less "investment" in greenfields operations....not mining itself. Those mines like GBG that have already established themselves will be just fine and continue to make money for many many years to come. So folks don't get confused into thinking its all over for mining...because its not. And the lower AUD just makes it better.
