    The property market is all about confidence. Fundamentals left the market 10 years ago.

    The dollar may go down, but that's for a reason. The global economy is about to enter the 2nd stage of the gfc, consumption is to the decline around the world. Might be cheaper to make stuff, but there will be fewer customers.
