Yes I'm guessing it will take longer than expected due to compliance issues only. If it was guaranteed the sp would be in 30c now! So don't expect it is for certain. Also ST may know timeline and may sell down leading to 21st of month to increase no of shares allocated. Let's hope it's this month not next. Good luck
