The NXS board shouldn't be testing shareholders nerves as the past 5 years hasn't proved to anyone that they are capable of acheiving much (not that I think this deal is much of an achievment but here we are.) If they knew better they would hurry up and get the deal signed now before Fowler or someone else screws it up. But I suspect it's not the decision of NXS to delay but Shell tugging the dog lead.
