Update: NXS would not commit that an Announcement would be made next week re: Shell, but they mentioned an 'update' will be in the Quarterly Report.
Sounds like they will miss the end of April guidance. But this remains consistent with missing the Q3 2010, Q4 2010, Q1 2011, Q2 2011, Q3 2011, Q4 2011, Chinese New Year 2012, Q1 2012 and now April 2012 guidance. But..... Since the Shell Deal was announced in January, they consider themselves 'on track'.
BTW, there are three Parties involved so it is not as straight forward you might think.
