    I suspect the rise for wcl is speculative.People are banking on there being an offer the closer it gets and as no alternative supply announcement from LNG, things do look promising.
    I wonder if the falling of LNG is due because of the risk that WCL is LNG's last option and they might get screwed in the deal.
