a bit fishy...
I remember ....one old scam was to buy a Special tablet and add water to You car about 20years ago.....had good write up....in journals and scientific papers...so many bought the tablets....
but when people bought the tablets...added water to the petrol tanks....
there cars did not work....
but the scammers made lots of cash and dissapearing into Asia with the cash....
think I will stick to oiliers to invest in ....and petrol for my car...
