Whisky, I wonder considering the time frame Jubilee took, if the climate, in world terms were and are very similar to today. Going by posts and reading up, there should be no problem finding equipment and man power during the downturn in oil prices to make the move to production, and if my reading is correct, quite a bit cheaper than otherwise would have been. Of course this assumes they dont get an offer Farjoy cant refuse, for it seems that if you have greater than 10% you are really holding the aces.
