We're not done yet though I did make the mistake of taking a peek over the fence at the EGO thread just before which did rekindle memories of pre-A#1....
I understand exactly where you're coming from and the only suggestion I can offer is to remember that -

Patience is a virtue

Meo is certainly not flavour of the month but the market is a very fickle beast - let's see where we are in a few months from now, that is assuming we do indeed receive some sign of life from the Collins St bunker.
Contrary to other posters I believe that the longer it takes to hear about PBR's intentions the better the outcome for us - surely if they where going to walk they would have done by now?
