Yes, bread prices will be a problem. Iran has had its own drought, which the Vice President is blaming on the West's soft war (we've diverted the clouds - as if we give a toss where the clouds go).
The race, in April, to buy chicken at slightly below market rates from a cooperative can be seen here . The situation must be worse now. I agree food riots are a strong possibility, and in Iran's case it isn't just wheat prices - its the devaluation of the rial that makes it all worse.
Iran and Russia are both on the wrong side supporting Bashar Al Assad. Mr Lavrov's tetchy comments on Syria suggest to me he realises this. It will all help to bring regime change to Iran for sure, IMO.
