I noticed that too !! but also suspect many day traders took a punt the day before expecting an anns and had close off yesterday. This would explain the high volume near end of day. So now we have flushed the day traders with the news pending. I think over the next few days we will get a spike.
also Macd chart suggests upward movement may be on soon.
