Volt, had a look at that 1991 period you mentioned, a good lesson in how over-bought levels can stay that way indefinitely.
Even when indicators fell, the S&P simply tracked sideways before resuming the climb. (second chart)

Last night was supposed to have been McHugh's turn date, as he expects a retrace to April when the REAL rally starts in earnest.... One more turn to watch.
