Isnt the Title on your chart "Proportion of all housing finance commitments" Not mortgages sold for that month?????
Think you just embarrassed your self a little there buddy.
2/3 of new mortgages sold are to investors, 1/3 is to first home buyers.. that is after removing refinancing.
I am correct, your chart shows totall mortgages in existence, lol. Obviously in your chart investors will be lower due to the number selling.
Like i said, just because you don't get something doesn't mean everyone is wrong and your right. it just makes you foolish when you claim to be above everyone else and then get corrected.
