    Surely we must be approaching the point where a discussion occurs about replacing the MD? Got a couple of weeks to deliver on previously stated objectives (reserves, FID, financing) otherwise he's done IMHO. Hope he gets it together, but if he doesn't then it's sayonara Marty.
