You make a good point re Tembo @hazza25. They are a solid outfit and get hands on in the companies they're into. Whilst they would be less reliant than the average punter on what is coming from the MD, they would be spewing about his performance to date. There is every chance that they line up one of their trusted minions to take over the wheelhouse, but first we need to see in the current MD can finally deliver something of substance.
