    "Given the AGM is tomorrow,why would they announce anything now?"


    ASX companies are obliged to report financially sensitive news immediately, so there is no share manipulation from leaks.
    But AGMs do report on future prospects and i would think that something is being worked out to rescue the company.
    If so the additional suspension is a positive. Just my opinion.
