I agree Ghana diversifies exposure but I also think its a high risk reward play - the fact TAP could only farm out for back costs - ie not a promoted rate means its is likely a 5-10% cos
I agree the critical next steps re CPR and good JV, however I still think they will need a CR if for nothing else to drill Starfish in Accra
