    5-6th feb NAPE...hopefully they can do a good deal with Exploration assets...

    Feb 10.... Exxon front the tribunal for la barge....Commission was concerned about a significant volume of co2 Exxon claimed was not able to be captured...they are going to be mighty p!$$ed now that Rancher is looking like going belly up, when 70mmcf (capturable co2...onstream mid 2009????) was allocated to them for their fields....Rancher has $10mil debt due in April, current market cap $2.9mil..
