Am I missing something but the exceptance of the placement fee in shares means that the company doing it thinks its a fair deal, maybe beacause they see value.

Not a bad deal I say as at least it does'nt mean going into the coffers to pay as money is still in the bank.

Laughable yes that's what your posts are as trying to find new ways to bag the company. Just stick to the facts (yes unfortunatley some facts aren't promising) as your opinion is so obviuosly tainted that you can't even recognise some of the meaningless and just sooooooo wrong posts you have made.
