    Howdy Trees,

    I agree that some people are just sitting on fence, however with the amount of news on horizon its thought with danger. Espically with PEN being a near term producer, you wouldn't want sit on the fence too long, you might miss the train.

    I agree totally the risk factor is reducing everyday as we get closer.
