I'm not suggesting anything. All I'm saying is that none of us knows what is going on and what the possible outcomes amgen and uni might even have in their heads. We only know that there is a big surprise on the table hidden under a blanket and all of us here on HC are trying to lift every corner of this blanket to peek and try to see what's underneath.
Becasue we cant really see whats under the blanket we keep "shooting blind" and atm their statement that Amgen might get the 19.9% is worth exactly as many points as their other statement in the filing which said that possibly they might not reach any agreement and possible strategic transaction might not happen at all. It's all legal talk to include the possibility of various case scenarios. So let us be free in exploring every possible path their negotiations might take and objectively consider pros and cons of each.
