Subject Announcement of Estimated Interim Distribution/Dividend
With respect to the half-year ending 31 December 2006 we wish to announce that the estimated
interim distribution is 15.2 cents per stapled security. The Record Date for determining entitlement to
the interim distribution is Friday, 29 December 2006 with payment of the distribution to be made on or
about 13 April 2007.
FKP’s Distribution Reinvestment Plan (“DRP”) will operate for this payment and the Directors have
determined a discount of 2.5% will apply for this interim distribution. A copy of the plan is available
from the Registrar, Computershare Investor Services Pty Ltd, or our registered office. The last date
for registration to participate in the DRP is the Record Date of 29 December 2006.
