Thunder, in principle I totally agree with your statement. Unfortunately, there are many share holders that had the opportunity to vote no in TC gaining free shares at the AGM voting. Go and refresh your memory and look at the number of no votes? A high percentage is mine, so what does that tell you? When you are given an opportunity to speak, then speak or forever accept the consequences.
It's not just the Board that needs to stand up, it's the share holders of the company!.
