    This company is a dud. No question. I have been a holder for a number of years and I count this as one of my biggest dogs.
    Uranium stocks have been on a tare and this stock has been poorly managed and whence the SP is languishing near lows.
    Disappointment is an understatement. Come on PEN get your F$%%en act together and add some value for the shareholders!
