PEN has been poorly managed for many years now, like young pups management couldn’t wait to sell around 1/3rd of its proposed production - in the low $50s from memory. To cap it all off the greatest blunder was to rely on using someone else’s processing plant, and anyone with half a brain would have been able to foresee that once things started to heat up in the uranium sector that would not be available for long, which brings us to where we are now.

Wayne is a good operator having been brought in to fix the mess left by those before him.
