Its not just the most recent raise it's also the expectation that the next one being equally punitive for existing medium to large share holders. If they can restart and use debt to finance for the remainder of their mid term needs I will be very impressed but as things are they have built the expectation that they raise at an extreme discount get considerably oversubscribed and tell us they did a great job in the capital raise.
