The original planned tolling agreements (for the total 8mtpa capacity) work out to be for a total fee per year of just under $1.25 billion. Over 20 years that's a planned commitment of $25 billion take or pay. Of course you plan to sign up to these things without having done any future risk analysis under different long term conditions.
