LOL..why do you think shorts are hovering here......this stock is significantly overpriced AT THIS STAGE......PS some revenue would be good.....

Those that bought in the 3's and 4's are significantly down on their $......as i said the shorts will hold this stock back......

Its still to be proven if the proposed construction will begin in first half of '15.......and then $ coming in 3 years later....

Im just doing the opposite to all the bulls here and giving a bears view....
