Might be easier to try to make a guess after seeing the markets reaction to any of the next round of expected news. My current gut feel is general market sentiment has taken a hit recently and that combined with the perception that the next round of expected news will mark a new turning point is making many sit on the sidelines until it comes. But that's just my perception and gut feel right now.
