whilst that sounds good philosophically ----------- the reality in Oz is that if you let people out at night - they get on the piss and get all cuddly
you see them everywhere -- even here in France - which is totally different to Oz in the grog department -- social distancing breaks down when people get comfortable after dark - if you throw a glass of wine or two on the fire - it all breaks down - in Oz - if you throw half a dozen beers or wines at the fire - they are all over each other
I can't see a problem with a curfew - if you are in lockup mentality personally
the thing that mystifies me is why Oz is locked up at all - when they are supposed to be following a FTC strategy ---------- it's odd
