Seems to me there has been a fair amount of paying for nothing:

+ Paying for ex-exCEO (your villain)
+ Paying for exCEO (your hero)
+ Paying for ex-ex-ex-ex-ex CFO, ex-ex-ex-ex CFO, ex-ex-ex CFO, ex-ex CFO
+ Paying for the political donations
+ Paying for ex-ex-CEO's penchant for charter jets which he used and called his own
+ Paying for the cricket sponsorship
+ Paying for the directors
+ Paying for the finger food you enjoyed at their regular shareholder events
+ Paying for the consultants
+ Paying for the move to the SGX
+ Paying the underwriters for the move to the SGX
+ Paying the shark loan lenders
+ Paying the convertible note holders
+ Paying for ex-ex CEO's drive around Australia (on some bad smelling oil)
+ Paying for ex CEO's flight around Australia (on some bad smelling oil)
+ Paying for .....
.....
+ Paying for the shares (which you have received nothing).

(but you will probably blame the government, the magistrates and the greenies again, as you aren't paying anything for this)
