    Not sure if what you say is purely speculation on your part or not, but I suggested that ITC might be a BPT target about 6-7 months ago.

    I have spoken with Doug Jendry on a number of occasions and he made it perfectly clear that his medium term strategy for ITC was to build it into something that was an attractive takeover target.

    Will be interesting to see how this evolves.
