Lots of ways to do it.
Dont believe in spirits, morality probably doesn't come into it[as opposed to religon].
The punchline here is there is no way of doing it without hurting the others you love.
Often suicide effectively ends the life of those left behind.
The only caveat I would put on that , is an utterly miserable , permanent physical existence might jusify it.
Even then, the sense of failure , guilt, and loss, can be almost overwhelming in those left.
An old friend used to talk about the Combi solution.
Buy one, go travelling for a year, then reassess.
May not solve anything, but who cares, sounds like fun.
