The old risk v reward....The main thing we have going for us is that
1: ours is not similar to chemo
2: ours is a virus that could possibly work on more patients
3: ours is a virus that may be more acceptable...eg common cold not an infectious disease like herpes
Sure we are a little further back in progress, but if this works and i say if this works, then we have a product which is potentially quite a bit better and more acceptable than most of our competitors....
All just my humble opinion etc etc...and it is like you said...not 100% given but it is a good risk v the rewards
