I hope you guys are right that we are only waiting on patents but as has been seen time and time again as soon as deals appears drawn out we start clutching straws as to why.
None of the other deals have delivered what the partners were seeking enough so for them to take make a further move anyway.
Only time will tell but why not lets punt it's on patents.
