Wouldn't this mean they have up to 2018 to complete the order. The announcement doesn't specify what the order profile would be so Eon may not order any this year. Perhaps they're waiting for volume production to begin and unit costs to fall.
Frustrating for us but doesn't mean the order is dead in the water.
