I don't know if it will be cancelled or not but if I was the CEO @ Eon UK I wouldn't pay a cent until the last day because I would need to borrow that money and the interest on the money to buy the 10k bluegens would be huge. They have done all the testing and know the Bluegen is the best show in town, exclusive rights isn't something you would want to give up. If the deal wasn't going through I would expect CFU would already be moving on with a B plan. I haven't heard any signs so Im confident they are just playing the waiting game.
