Even if MGY have double the cash costs identified above, the margins are very healthy and are growing.
Since MGY's mine is open pit, requires no primary crushing, is probably a huge resource i.e. can benefit from economies of scale, is reasonably close to existing infrastructure, i can imagine that the cash costs will be reasonably low. A little too early to call it a cash cow, but i remain hopeful.
Still need confirmation as to the size of the resource. Need some more MOLO results to confirm strike length/consistency of grade etc. Confirmation of graphite at other target locations would be good.
