I would really doubt Tullow Oil being the operator. They are already bidding for areas part of the 2007/2008 bidding round. The concessions we are after are for Angolan Only companies, any bidding that included giving operator control to "largest independent oil and gas exploration companies in Europe" wouldnt sit well with the Angolans unless they are also shareholders in Energy africa.

Or am i thinking to much on this Angolan only bidding? (Smyth confirmed it was an Angolan only bidding round
