    It's my understanding that Quest will be the operator.
    From CVI's website Feb 14 '07

    "QEML has been invited to be the Operator of two onshore oilfields in the Kwanza Basin of Angola"

    Also in the Quest Corporate Profile release under STRATEGIC ALLIANCES:-

    4. "An agreement with Nexoil Corporation SARL and Energy Africa Ltd for the development of two onshore oilfields in yhe Kwanza Basin of Angola"

    We'll soon find out I reckon!!!
