What you say has a ring of trutch to it, what the NT Gov will do is completely up to them, but mining in the NT will not be easy until the NT Gov puts more infrastructure in place. But to just write what you wrote is BS. If there is a profit to be made, then a solution will present itself - we are even seeing talk of a railway line from Tennant Creek to Mt. Isa!
