What the lefties don't like about where we are now at is that the "renewables" have been exposed as something just a little above black magic. South Australia being a case in point. And it is only going to get worse when Hazlewood is gone. I'm looking forward to next summer when there will be widespread blackouts in SA, Victoria and possibly even Tassie if they have a dry winter.
As a result of their black magic being exposed for all to see they are lashing out. Suggesting lies have been told is typical.
Look at what is happening in WA with an election coming up. In November the ALP's policy was 50% renewables by 2030 last week the leader of the ALP says "... there will be no target under a Government I lead."
