Much appreciated. re reading the announcements again I get a sense that the exclusive period between GNX and EA was for 12 months to 20/12/19ish. as this is still 6 weeks or so away I read that as a good sign EA are still quite interested. If EA had dropped this bombshell closer to the 12 months period it would be a worse outcome IMO.
heres hoping if the length of the agreement isn't a deal breaker, the term sheet can get an extension that further supports NAIF and JPower further extending... Otherwise this is possibly another 12+ months of waiting...
