How much impact have the targets had with the price of electricity?
Not trolling, genuine question.
Factoring in that 50% of bill cost is supply/network and somewhere between 20-30% are retailers fat margins. I'd say the marginal difference in wholesale cost is negligible, under 10% at most.
Everyone wants lower bills but all and sundry are firing bullets at the wrong target!
