If this still stops shale, then it’s time for a mega claim.
The government has attracted parties to take licenses. Then created a near unworkable environment.
Gas is there; we’re just not allowed to get it. Huge damage, and loss of opportunity. In fact, had it been allowed, we would never have this gas shortage.
AJL should claim at least £3bn.
