The plant had an extra circuit put in to enable all the production to be at 99.9% if required and "some" at 99.99%
As their guidance is for the start of production by the end of the Quarter (Saturday) and nothing was mentioned in today's announcement, I strongly suspect today's announcement was meant to be a springboard for the announcement we have all been waiting for.
