Really? You can't see a problem in likening a small company luring rich and powerful suitors to a woman bemoaning her failure to attract sexual partners??

Irrespective of what was intended and notwithstanding the attempt at creative analogising, it perpetuates so many pathetic stereotypes about women there's too many to list. Chief among them though is the insinuation that a woman will use sexual wiles to "trick" men into doing something they wouldn't otherwise contemplate, peddling the misogynist standard that women could never have enough integral worth without such window dressing. I must admit I didn't immediately see how appalling it was in this sense, but I was very surprised by the turn of phrase.
