There has been a lot of discussion on Energy options and suggestions that Telstra should expand into this area as a large user of energy and due to some joint ventures.
With respect to Nuclear energy in particular I very much think Australia should investigate and commence an industry in Nuclear power generation.
Do I personally think Telstra should be involved. Not in any major way, and I would be tempted to sell out should they consider it.
Should they have partnerships with energy companies, seems like a better plan. Be it Solar, wind or Nuclear. Probably not coal in my view.
I am sure other followers of Hot Copper will have differing views
